Chris has 17 years experience of HR, Recruitment, Payroll and SQL Database roles, managing multiple system implementations.
With solid experience of the full HR systems life-cycle, from procurement, through implementation and roll-out, to training, development and integration, Chris' experience in Database Administration and systems integration has also given him a unique depth of understanding of what can be achieved with the right systems and data.
He has a strong background in HR MI reporting and analysis, as well as business process review, development and implementation. Further work in Data Warehousing and CRM data reporting has allowed Chris to diversify his knowledge of data analytics - and pass this knowledge on to clients!
Chris also benefits from a sound understanding of wider HR practice, including re-structures, mergers, TUPE, recruitment, reward and equality, diversity and inclusion; and all of the associated system requirements.
A fast experiential learner, Chris adapts to new technologies quickly and enjoys the challenge of discovering new ways to boost productivity.
