Lauren has overall responsibility for the governance of all of Silver Cloud projects, managing resources and supporting our consultants to ensure consistency and client satisfaction.
Client feedback and knowledge sharing is a key aspect of her role, with Lauren able to draw upon her own experience of HR implementation and process improvement to further develop the way in which we work with clients.
Over the last five years, Lauren has supported and coordinated the full project lifecycle for a variety of UK based and global companies spanning diverse industry sectors.
PRINCE 2 qualified, Lauren is highly experienced at capturing requirements, process-mapping, managing test cycles and delivering end-user training to deliver a system that is fit for purpose.
