Naomi Robinson

DELIVERY MANAGER

An experienced HR systems specialist with a project management background, Naomi's core focus at Silver Cloud is to implement Sage People to our clients - ensuring an efficient and successful implementation.

She also supports and trains clients to enable them get the most from their system - using it to its full capabilities and maximising benefits to the businesses as a whole.

Having worked with HR systems for over 7 years, Naomi has experience as both an independent HRIS consultant and as a HR Systems Manager within a client setting.

As such, she has been involved in many large-scale implementations of both payroll and HR systems including Sage People, Unit 4 Business World, SAP and iTrent.

Naomi's previous projects have been across both public and private business sectors. Within the public sector her experience has ranged from system administration within a local authority of 21,000 employees, to a full Unit 4 EAP implementation at a large London Housing Association.

Within the private sector she has worked within Retail and Oil and Gas/Marine Technology industries - leading on a global SAP Implementation and a Sage People Implementation across a group of 65 companies within 18 countries.

More About Naomi Expand

Naomi now lives in the North West of England after living in London and Essex for 6 years. She lives with her very lively young son, who thoroughly enjoyed the limelight on many Teams calls throughout Lockdown.

A big fan of podcasts, from the funny to the bizarre, Naomi listens to them most days whether she's cooking dinner, in the car or in the gym. Something you are most likely to hear Naomi say at least once a day is....“I heard on a podcast recently…”

When it comes to downtime, cooking and trying new recipes out on family and friends is one of Naomi's favourite past times. Having recently bought her first house she's also discovering a bit of a passion for DIY, although with very mixed results so far!
