Rukshar started her career as an Implementation Consultant at Ceridian Mauritius, where she was exposed to configuring Dayforce WFM modules. During this time, Rukshar earned her Dayforce certification in WFM. She then moved to a position with Ceridian UK, which saw the start in her career as a Data Migration/Data Conversion Analyst, migrating several UK customers in Dayforce.

Rukshar then transitioned into a similar role with SDWorx, handling data extraction, data validation, data cleansing, data migration, data loading, final data check, data reconciliation and issue log. This role also saw Rukshar getting involved with several process improvements and process automation, to facilitate and reduce the time from of the migration cycle.

Rukshar then felt after having worked and gained such extensive experience, that it was time to make a drastic move regarding her career, which is when BI became her most loved job and she took on a role as Senior Database Warehouse Analyst.

During this time Rukshar managed the end-to-end process for several projects, collating data from different systems to the data warehouse using automated processes and creating reports based off the data.

Now at Silver Cloud, Rukshar is our Principle Data Consultant, working alongside our Dayforce consultants to handle the end-to-end HR and payroll imports and all data related projects.
