Why should we outsource our training to Silver Cloud HR?
It’s important that team members feel empowered to get the most from HR systems and that managers are confident in how to get the best out of your Sage People investment. By providing in-house training we can ensure that you retain HR tech skills in-house – something that is becoming increasingly important.
How is your Sage People training delivered?
Our accredited Sage People trainer will visit your premises for one or two days, depending on the training programme you require. We will speak with you prior to the start of training about your needs and what you hope to get out of your session to ensure that your time is maximised.
Do you offer group training?
Yes. Training is available for up to eight personnel. If training end-users, we recommend that they be trained within a separate session to HR teams, as their needs and requirements will differ to those of HR departments.
How much does your Sage People training cost?
Our training is provided at a fixed cost of £800 + VAT, plus expenses, per day. Admin Essentials requires 2 days on site to complete the training, whilst Reports & Analytics requires 1 day.
Do you offer bespoke training on HR systems?
Yes! In addition to the standardised Sage People training programmes outlined above, Silver Cloud also offers bespoke training for HR teams, managers and end users to ensure your chosen HR system continues to work hard for you.
