CoreHR Upgrades: how we can help
1. Project management
Our experienced HRIS project managers will manage all deliverables, dependencies, issues and risks relating to your upgrade, in collaboration with a CoreHR Project Manager.
2. System ‘health check’ and impact assessment
We’ll review the current system and processes before developing action plans for any issues that may impact a successful upgrade.
3. Readiness support
We’ll support your project team during the readiness stage to ensure that all tasks and requirements are met and fully understood prior to the upgrade commencing.
4. Testing support
At the testing stage, we’ll manage and support your project team while they test the relevant in-scope functionality to ensure that all functionality is operating as it should be.
5. Parallel payroll running
We can also support you in processing payroll in parallel with the existing live payroll to ensure that the outputs of the two reconcile.
6. Go Live and post-upgrade support
Once live, we remain on hand to support you in resolving any CoreHR issues for one week post upgrade go-live.
