An international law & legal firm approached Silver Cloud to assist them with their Payroll Selection.
The client was using separate systems for HR and payroll, and the integration between the two was not comprehensive enough, meaning a lot of extra, manual work was needed. The payroll team had to heavily rely on the IT team to get data from one system into the other.
The ideal solution would have automation, reporting and make it simpler for employees to access their payslips and information.
After holding discovery and debriefing sessions with the Payroll, Finance and HR teams as well as the SLT, Silver Cloud put together an RFP to narrow down options for the payroll selection. From the tender process, 3 vendors were selected to provide demos of their solution.
The organisation decided to postpone the decision and implementation of new payroll software.
