Silver Cloud actioned a detailed discovery into Recruit and its various pain points, before creating a detailed recommendation slide deck to the Recruitment and HR team detailing how we could improve the user experience and create detailed metrics via complex and custom configuration.
To create the metrics dashboard requested, we implemented a number of automated flows that collected key dates and actions for every vacancy and application, while still keeping the process as simple as possible for all users.
Silver Cloud also implemented the Recruit, Timesheet and Absences modules for the clients' different acquisitions as they were onboarded.
A key challenge with this project was the shifting requirements – a classic trait of projects as the users begin to understand what the system can offer, and their needs and requirements change. Whilst this can cause frustration with delays on go live dates, it’s always best to ensure the client is getting what they want out of the system. Communication was and is key to working collaboratively on resetting expectations.
