Cost Effective Hourly Bundles

We offer a range of value for money packages designed to help you balance priorities and costs.

These 'hourly bundles' are perfect for in-house teams who are knowledgeable on their systems, yet need additional support to manage upgrades, configure new features, troubleshoot problems, to undertake large system tasks and more.

To identify which package is most suitable for your needs, we undertake a scoping exercise in order to review main frustrations, missing functionality, reporting capability and more, as well as to capture key considerations and high level requirements.

We will then work with you to identify which level of support is most appropriate for your needs and determine how and when to use your bundle of hours. All work is pre-agreed via a statement of works.

Dayforce Scoping

Fixed Price Scoping exercise to:

  • assess your needs
  • identify priority remedial work required
  • outline future scope of work, and
  • level of support required

Four (4) week process (approx 50 hours)

Dayforce Starter (50 Hours)

This package is best suited to clients who need support with the following types of activity, e.g:

  • Phase 1 Remedial work
  • Basic system admin & support
  • Minor updates & testing
  • Support with BAU tasks

 

Dayforce Plus (100 Hours)

An enhancement for those needing basic support plus:

  • More complex configuration changes
  • Demos
  • Major configuration & testing updates
  • Advanced user enablement

 

Dayforce Ultra (200 Hours)

This bundle could include all elements of the 100hr bundle, plus:

  • New system configurations
  • Configuration testing
  • Monthly and quarterly review sessions
  • Quarterly reporting on functionality and progress

 

Dayforce Supreme (400 Hours)

Our most comprehensive hourly bundle would provide you with all of the support previously mentioned, yet enables you to expand the scope of work.

This would also support implementation of a complete module and long term system admin support.
