Upgrades and Support
Typically upgrades are carried out once a year for the UK, minimum of twice a year for ROI and Channel Isles, but upgrade frequency is dependant on how many legislation types a customer has.
Support can be provided via telephone, email, via a portal and in person, Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, excluding public holidays in England. Enhanced support can be included in a customer contract if required.
