Continuous calculation, not a big-bang run

In a traditional payroll system, data builds up through the pay period and the actual pay calculation only happens at the end, when you close the period and run it. If something is wrong, you often find out at the worst possible moment — right before the deadline.

Dayforce calculates pay continuously throughout the period. Because time, scheduling and HR data all live in the same platform, every approved shift, change of hours or new starter feeds straight into a running gross-to-net calculation.
