The challenge

To make their people processes align to their values from hiring to exit, they needed a solution that was all-in-one and could serve their needs as an international organisation.

That meant having a platform that could streamline and automate their processes and had the capability to manage multiple time off policies. It was also important to them that there would be a way to manage data accuracy going forward. 

The future

WiredScore are moving forward and expanding the number of HiBob modules that they’ll be using. With the confidence gained from working with Silver Cloud, Tettamant felt ready to start implementing the next phase.

So far, things are going well – although she did admit that things moved faster when she had our help. As WiredScore grows and evolves, they’ll make greater use of Bob, led by a people team that finally has what they need to succeed.
