With approximately 15 years of HR and HRIS experience, Helen founded Silver Cloud HR in 2009 after seeing a demand in the market for more boutique and cost-effective HRIS consultancy.
HEAD OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE
Responsible for the management of the Silver Cloud HR team, Claire has many years' experience in process-mapping and process improvement for UK based and global firms.
HEAD OF DELIVERY
As our head of delivery, Louise is responsible for managing all of our consultants and overseeing all client projects, working alongside the team to develop skills and ensure best practice.
Lauren has overall responsibility for the governance of all of Silver Cloud's projects, managing resources and supporting our consultants to ensure consistency and client satisfaction.
One of our Sage People implementation partners, Sarah has worked with a range of HR software vendors including Cascade HR, PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors throughout her consultancy career.
Chris has worked in HR for 15 years and specialises in HR systems. He has managed multiple system implementations, including payroll, training and recruitment software, as well as core HR.
With a passion for improving HR functions by introducing innovative new processes, Emma has experience of managing HR functions as well as implementing systems from vendors including SelectHR and PeopleHR.
HRIS SELECTION CONSULTANT
With extensive HR generalist experience, Hannah has managed HR and payroll functions in the UK as well as the USA and Oceania. She also implemented and rolled out a new HR system single-handedly.
HRIS PROJECT MANAGER
Having worked in HR for 20+years, starting as a generalist and then focussing on HR systems implementations, Peter is also qualified in PRINCE2 Agile project management and Business Analytics.
Kerry has fifteen years' experience in managing large scale global resourcing and cost saving initiatives. Specialising in global project management, change and process management.
PA to the CEO
Sandra has worked in a consultancy environment for over 25 years, is loyal and committed person with vast bookkeeping experience. She loves to make sure everyone is looked after!
LEAD PAYROLL CONSULTANT
Chris is AAT qualified, a payroll and migration consultant with 22+ years’ experience across HR and Finance. During this time, he has worked on many systems including SAP, Oracle, CoreHR and Selima.
HEAD OF MARKETING
As our head of marketing, Aisleen drives and provides input into all aspects of the Silver Cloud HR marketing strategy, including client and partner acquisition, website development and content.
