Her expertise spans sectors including legal, finance, education, and retail, where she has successfully led digital transformation initiatives.

Emma specialises in end-to-end HR and payroll implementations, adeptly managing projects from system selection through to deployment and post-implementation support. Her proficiency in both agile and waterfall methodologies ensures flexibility and efficiency, tailored to each client's unique needs.

Emma enjoys running, walking/hiking, going to the gym, reading and has a self-proclaimed "serious addiction to caffeine"!

Emma is planning and training to run a marathon. She is currently running at an easy 14/15 miles with her longest run at 18 miles.
