About Rachel

Rachel is a CIPD- and CIPP-qualified commercial leader with more than 15 years’ experience across HR, payroll and people technology. Her expertise spans global HR and payroll implementation, business transformation, relationship management, strategic partnerships and consultative solution selling.

Throughout her career, Rachel has partnered with global organisations across sectors including manufacturing, logistics, retail and local government, helping them navigate complex HR and payroll technology transformation. Her experience gives her a particularly valuable perspective: she has worked on both the vendor and client sides of transformation, including commercial experience at Dayforce and leading a major global Dayforce implementation as a customer.

As Commercial Director for Silver Cloud’s Dayforce practice, Rachel leads end-to-end commercial activity, from developing new client relationships through to strategic account management and partner collaboration. She takes a consultative approach, working closely with organisations to understand what they really need from their technology and helping them achieve the right outcomes for their people and their business.

Rachel also brings significant first-hand experience of enterprise-scale transformation, having led the implementation of Dayforce for 8,500 employees across 33 countries.
