About Avi

Avi is Silver Cloud's Dayforce Solutions Architect, specialising in Workforce Management and payroll implementations.

He's the person clients lean on when a project is technically complex, the requirements are intricate, and the margin for error is slim - which, in his world, is most of the time.

His work spans the full implementation journey — from solution design and client workshops through to system configuration, user acceptance testing, and parallel payroll validation. He's particularly good at taking what a client actually needs and translating it into scalable, precise system configurations that hold up in the real world.

That skill has served organisations across a wide range of sectors, many of them navigating the challenges of moving away from legacy systems and onto Dayforce for the first time.
