About Ana

Ana first joined Silver Cloud as an HRIS Consultant - working her way through delivery, leadership, and client success before taking on her current role leading commercial activity across the Client Transformation Practice.

That progression has given her an understanding of every layer of what Silver Cloud does and how it does it, from the ground up.

With over 12 years of HR technology experience across public and private sectors, Ana's commercial focus is broader than most. The Client Transformation Practice works across the whole market — not tied to a single vendor or platform — and that whole-of-market perspective is central to how Ana operates.

She has deep relationships across the vendor landscape, a strong presence at industry events, and a clear view of what's happening across HR and payroll technology at any given moment. For clients navigating a complex selection or transformation, that kind of insight is hard to come by!

Partner and alliances work is a particularly significant part of Ana's role — building and maintaining the relationships that sit at the heart of how the Client Transformation team operates, and making sure those partnerships translate into well-structured, high-quality outcomes for clients.

More About Ana

Originally from Spain, Ana lives in Chelmsford, Essex with her husband David, daughter Lucia and son Santiago.

Other than spending time with family and friends, Ana enjoys going to the gym for a swim and traveling with her friend and family, embarking on adventures to explore diverse cultures across the globe.

Before stepping into commercial leadership, Ana served as Head of Delivery and Head of Client Success and Alliances — giving her a rounded view of what it takes to not just win the right work, but deliver it well.
