Louise is an experienced HRIS Consultant and Consultant Manager who brings strong change management and senior stakeholder engagement skills to every HR technology project.

A CIPD-qualified HR professional, she spent more than a decade at New Look in a range of operational, project and change roles, including leading People Operations and supporting major HR and Payroll transformation work.

At Silver Cloud, Louise is known for her clear, calm approach to guiding organisations through system selection, implementation and go-live. She works closely with senior leaders to help them understand the value of HR and Payroll change, building solid business cases and ensuring projects are aligned to wider business needs.

Her ability to communicate openly and work across different teams means she can bring people together early, which helps create genuine buy-in. Louise has extensive experience supporting organisations through complex change, particularly within retail environments where multisite operations and varied workforces make communication and readiness essential.

She is practical, collaborative and focused on making sure teams feel prepared and supported, especially when navigating new systems or rethinking long-standing ways of working.
