Workday made two major announcements this month! They launched their EU‑based Sovereign Cloud for their HCM and finance solutions. This lets customers run AI‑powered HR, payroll and planning tools with full EU data residency and compliance.

Payscale introduced a new AI‑enabled approach to compensation intelligence. Which gives organisations dynamic, data‑driven pay benchmarking and job‑pricing tools that adapt to market changes more rapidly than traditional salary surveys.
