About Bunty
Bunty has spent over a decade focused on one thing: making Dayforce implementations work - effectively, and at scale.
His career has taken him from consultancy in the travel industry to internal roles at Dayforce itself, where he built deep platform knowledge across implementation, process improvement, and project management, before a stint leading the live platform team at Volkswagen UK brought a different kind of complexity to the mix.
He joined Silver Cloud in 2021 and now leads delivery across the Dayforce Practice, overseeing implementation programmes from initial solution strategy through to go-live and beyond. His experience spans financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services - where the workforce and payroll complexity tends to be considerable and the margin for error is slim.
Day to day, Bunty works closely with clients, the wider Silver Cloud team, and the commercial side of the practice — making sure projects are well-structured, properly resourced, and delivered in a way that sets clients up for long-term success.
