Olivia studied Political Studies at Aberystwyth University followed by a Masters by Research focused on women in North Korea. After taking some time travelling including volunteering in Costa Rica and 18 months on a working holiday visa in Australia, Olivia began her HR career in an established and fast-growing designer and manufacturer of high-performance embedded computing solutions.
Working in a small in-house HR team, Olivia covered all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, HR administration, HRIS implementation, employee relation cases, learning & development, payroll, performance management, employment law, and benefit & reward.
As part of this role, Olivia took a lead in the implementation and ongoing system administration of HiBob, and fell in love with the system and the benefits it can bring to HR teams. Now as a HRIS Consultant with Silver Cloud, Olivia specialises in HiBob implementations. Leading projects from start to finish, serving as the main client contact, managing data migration, delivering training, and ensuring user adoption.
