A move to BAE Systems sharpened Alistair’s focus on process excellence and continuous improvement, but a passion for consultancy life, ultimately brought him back to client-facing work
Today, he leads and delivers project management and consulting activities within our HiBob Practice, supporting clients with their HR and payroll implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects.
He brings the same commitment to continuous improvement that defined his in-house career to every client engagement, and is a natural fit for Silver Cloud's culture of driving meaningful, lasting business outcomes.

Alistair lives in Lytham, on the Fylde Coast in Lancashire with his wife and my two sons. He is an Everton season ticketer; runs a grassroots football team and enjoys the Lake District, good food and spending time with friends - as well as a nice pint after a week at work.
