About Lucy
Lucy joined Silver Cloud in May 2026 as an HRIS Consultant, specialising in HiBob implementations and helping organisations create people processes that are both efficient and engaging.
After studying Human Resource Management at Liverpool John Moores University and achieving her CIPD Level 5 qualification, Lucy began her career at CMap Software as an HR Administrator before progressing into a HR Coordinator role. Working within a growing start-up environment gave her hands-on exposure to a wide range of HR disciplines, including onboarding and offboarding, probation and check-in processes, learning and development, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, health and safety, and company culture initiatives.
A key moment in Lucy’s career came during CMap’s self-implementation of HiBob. Through working closely with the system, she discovered a passion for HR technology, problem solving and process improvement which inspired her move into HRIS consulting.
At Silver Cloud, Lucy supports clients through end-to-end HiBob implementations, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle. Her responsibilities include project management, data migration, process design, training delivery and supporting user adoption to help clients get the very best from their HR technology.
Lucy is particularly passionate about creating strong HR foundations and believes that taking the time to build the right processes early makes long-term success much easier.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys baking (and sharing her creations online), reading psychological thrillers, attending dance classes in Manchester and anything theatre-related. Especially musicals! Les Misérables is her all-time favourite.
