Siddesh has been living and breathing Dayforce since graduating from Curtin University in 2019 — making it his specialism from day one and never looking back.

In the six years since, he's built up a thorough understanding of what great Dayforce implementations actually look like across a wide range of sectors, including retail and manufacturing, where the operational complexity can be considerable.

That sector breadth is invaluable. It means Siddesh arrives at every project with a genuine feel for industry-specific requirements and the kind of best practice knowledge that only comes from having seen what works — and what doesn't — across genuinely varied environments.
