About Vicky
Vicky brings a wealth of HR knowledge from working within people operation functions across various industries, including Real Estate (asset management), Creative (animation & visual effects) and Manufacturing (recycling).
Following 8+ years of progressive experience in Western Canada, the UK and EU, Vicky now leverages her deep understanding of global HR and payroll processes throughout all stages of HRIS implementation.
Vicky had her first taste of the Dayforce platform while implementing Onboarding and Recruiting on the client side. She has "been in your shoes" and relates to the many frustrations encountered through the project journey. Since then, after leading multiple Dayforce implementations for global organisations, Vicky seamlessly handles functional configuration and providing holistic solutions to clients.
