About Rose

Rose joined Silver Cloud in July 2026 as Management Accountant, bringing more than 10 years’ experience in finance across a range of industries. An ACCA-qualified accountant, her expertise spans management accounting, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, revenue recognition and financial process improvement.

After studying Psychology at the University of Leeds, Rose began her finance career at a growing marketing agency in Brighton. She progressed through a variety of finance roles while completing her ACCA qualification, developing broad experience of both the day-to-day financial operation of a business and the insight finance can provide to support better decision-making.

At Silver Cloud, Rose manages the day-to-day management accounting function, working closely with the CFO and wider team to provide accurate financial reporting and commercial insight. She supports budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and analysis of business performance, while continually looking for ways to strengthen Silver Cloud’s financial processes, controls and systems as the business grows.

Continuous improvement is a particular passion for Rose. Her previous projects include implementing a new purchase order system to strengthen financial controls and introducing AI automation to improve the efficiency of month-end processes.
