Nicole has spent her career moving across agency and in-house worlds — recruitment strategy, people operations, stakeholder partnerships — providing her with a well-rounded view of what great hiring actually looks like.
She joined Silver Cloud to lead talent acquisition across the business, and it's fair to say she's found her people.
Day to day, Nicole manages end-to-end recruitment for some of the more specialist and hard-to-fill roles you'll find in the HR tech space. That means proactive sourcing — think Boolean search, headhunting, talent mapping — as well as building contractor pools and external networks that keep Silver Cloud's pipeline in good shape. She also supports international hiring, including work permits and onboarding, which reflects the increasingly global nature of the organisations Silver Cloud works with.
Beyond hiring, Nicole plays an active role in the wider People team — contributing to EVP development, compensation benchmarking, recruitment reporting, and project-based HR support where it's needed. She's equally at home designing the process as she is delivering within it.
Her background spans HR technology, SaaS, professional services, media, healthcare, and consultancy, with a particular focus on HRIS, payroll, and transformation-led roles — so she knows this world well.

More About Nicole
I live in Watford with my fiancée, and we’re getting married in October this year. I come from a big, close family, three brothers and one sister and they’re a huge part of my life.
Outside of work, most of my hobbies revolve around sport. I used to play football for Watford Ladies FC, and I still love anything active: the gym, running, badminton, or anything that gets me moving. I also love travelling with my partner, and when I’m at home, you’ll usually find me catching up with friends, playing a bit of pool, and enjoying a drink or two at the pub.
