About Rajiv

Rajiv brings nearly 15 years of UK payroll experience to his role at Silver Cloud — across SME, managed, and corporate environments.

Starting out in payroll processing for UK SME clients, he moved into a Team Leader position within the US healthcare system before returning to UK payroll to manage a corporate client running an average of 60,000 payslips a month.

That breadth of exposure, across scale, complexity, and sector, is what makes him particularly well placed in a Dayforce payroll environment. 

At Silver Cloud, Rajiv leads the payroll consultant team — managing onboarding, performance, career development, and utilisation, while staying closely involved in the technical delivery side of things. He's equally comfortable in the detail of a UAT test case or a parallel payroll run as he is supporting a consultant through a challenging client conversation.

His background in lean management, process improvement, and internal audit gives the team a strong operational backbone, and his approach to developing people is as methodical as his approach to payroll.

Holding a BTEC IPMM Diploma in Payroll Management, Rajiv's technical grounding in UK legislation and end-to-end payroll processing is solid - which really shows in the standards he sets for the team around him.
