About Chiara
Chiara is an HR and People Operations professional with around 10 years’ experience, specialising in HR management, people operations and HR transformation.
Starting her career in recruitment, Chiara went on to work in HR management and People Operations roles within fast-growing technology and scale-up businesses. Over the past three years, her focus has increasingly shifted towards HR transformation, working on projects designed to help organisations improve their people processes and make better use of their HR systems.
With a CIPD Level 7 qualification in HR Management, Chiara combines a strong understanding of the people function with a passion for HR technology and the growing role of AI within People Operations.
As an HRIS Consultant at Silver Cloud, Chiara specialises in HiBob, supporting organisations with implementing and optimising the platform. She is passionate about helping clients translate their people processes into technology that works effectively for their organisation and creates a better experience for their teams.
