A versatile and experienced marketing leader, Aisleen is responsible for designing and driving Silver Cloud HR's marketing strategy to ensure that our brand remains highly visible, relevant and respected throughout the sector.
Reporting into and working closely with the CEO, she has a strong commercial focus and provides input into all aspects of the Silver Cloud HR strategy, including client and partner acquisition, branding and website development.
Having previously worked with Silver Cloud HR as an external consultant, Aisleen has been instrumental in growing the brand over the past five years, using the skills she has acquired throughout her career as a consultant, in-agency and in-house to drive the business forward.

Having previously travelled the world from London to Australia by bus and train, Aisleen has a huge passion for travel and the 'great outdoors'. While extensive travel isn't always possible these days - thanks to the responsibilities involved in being a busy working mum - Aisleen spends any spare time she has with her husband, walking her chocolate lab in the Suffolk countryside and getting muddy in the odd OCR race when she has the chance!
