About Tasha

Tasha’s career began in the energy industry, where she worked her way through various roles, including Customer Service Advisor, Learning and Development Facilitator, Team Performance Coach, and eventually Head of Complaints. As Head of Complaints, Tasha took on high-stakes challenges, such as working directly with the Energy Ombudsman to resolve complex industry issues. A standout moment in her career was flying to South Africa to set up a new call centre, where she trained and motivated an offshore team while implementing processes from scratch.

After transitioning into HR, Tasha spent four years honing her expertise, managing a team of four across recruitment and learning & development, and leading impactful projects like the implementation of Bob as an HR system. Her role also saw her successfully manage a business merger, aligning processes and using data to drive meaningful changes in engagement, policies, and reward strategies.

Now as HRIS Consultant within our HiBob practice and with a combination of HR and operational experience, Tasha is passionate about leveraging her hands-on knowledge to streamline processes and deliver real results for our clients. Her practical insights into systems like Bob enable her to implement solutions that save both time and costs while making a tangible difference for teams and businesses alike.
