Alex brings extensive experience in project delivery, governance and transformation to Silver Cloud, with a career spanning professional services, facilities management, education, manufacturing and the veterinary sector.

Starting their career in audit with BDO and KPMG, Alex later moved into internal audit with Mitie Group PLC, where they spent a significant part of their career. It was here that they discovered a passion for project management, going on to lead a diverse range of finance, payroll, operational integration and HR projects.

At Silver Cloud, Alex combines this broad transformation experience with a strong focus on enterprise delivery and client partnership. Their role encompasses delivery leadership and governance, commercial project ownership and working closely with clients and senior stakeholders to keep complex programmes moving forward.

Alongside project delivery, Alex is passionate about developing people and building strong, capable teams through leadership and mentoring. They also bring a continuous improvement mindset to their work, looking for opportunities to optimise ways of working, introduce new ideas and deliver better outcomes for clients.

With experience of navigating complex projects across multiple business functions and sectors, Alex brings a practical, commercially aware approach to transformation. He balances strong governance with the flexibility needed to turn plans into successful outcomes.
