Ana has over 8 years' experience in HR-focussed roles across multiple sectors including public and private equity sectors.
Her role at Silver Cloud includes supporting clients with requirements gathering and the HRIS selection process; working with vendors to complete RFPs and organise demos; as well as supporting clients with HRIS Implementation projects.
Skilled at creating templates and documenting best practice processes, Ana is also responsible for supporting system upgrades and new functionality roll outs and will also become a familiar face at networking and vendor events to promote Silver Cloud's services.

After completing her degree at Brighton university in 2003, Ana started a field-based role with Marks and Spencer, delivering training across Kent and South West London to store teams for the launch of the new M&S Credit Card &more.
She developed her career within M&S, performing a number of roles across the business including Operational Support Manager, POS (Point of Sale) Learning Project Manager where she managed the design and development of the POS training content, and Commercial Manager.
Moving towards HR, she worked on M&S’s Transformation of their People System (Ceridian) as a Business Implementation Manager.
Since then, she has held a number of prominent roles for organisations in the private and public sectors, including:
- Change Analyst and Training Lead for Essex County Council's (Transformation of their Corporate Systems onto Oracle)
- HRMI Analyst (Oracle OBIEE) at Arthur J Gallagher
- HR Projects, Learning and Analytics Manager, working on SAGE Snowdrop at Dental Directory
- L&D & HR System implementation Manager at Together Dental - successfully selected, configured and implemented a new HR system (Cascade).
