With over 15 years of HR and HRIS experience, Helen founded Silver Cloud HR in 2009 after seeing a demand in the market for more boutique and cost-effective HR and payroll consultancy, provided by consultants who have hands-on experience within the HR and payroll industry.
Since then, Helen and the team at Silver Cloud have gone on to support many global companies to automate HR and payroll processes through technology and is still involved in the day to day running of the business.
Aside from providing excellent customer service to all Silver Cloud customers, Helen is focused on building a work environment that is inclusive, professional and an enjoyable place to work. Since 2009, all employees have been based at home with flexible working hours which allows recruitment to target every corner of the UK, across all demographics.
Passionate about digital HR & payroll and the benefits it can bring to organisations of all sizes, Helen is a thought leader on the future of HR and is often invited to speak on the subject at conferences, workshops and masterclasses. She is also a regular contributor to sector publications and widely-respected as an expert in the areas of HR and payroll system selection, automation and change management.
Helen is also a Chartered member of the CIPD and a Freeman of the Guild of HR Professionals.
