About Lenya

I have a strong background in HR operations and HR systems. Before moving into consulting, I worked across a range of HR functions, specialising in HRIS management, employee engagement, and process optimisation.

At Karo Healthcare UK, I played a key role in supporting the implementation of HiBob across multiple regions, as well as embedding engagement and learning platforms (Eletive and Sana Labs). This experience developed my passion for helping organisations get the very best out of their HR technology.

In my role as HRIS Implementation Consultant, I will be working with clients to deliver end-to-end HiBob implementations, focusing on understanding their unique needs, configuring the system accordingly, and ensuring successful adoption.

My experience includes managing complex compliance requirements (such as payroll integration in Belgium and UK expense policy design) and translating them into practical system solutions.

Family: I live with my partner, my son, and our two cats (Milla and Dexter). I also have an adult daughter who works as an English tutor and lives with her partner in Reading

Interests and hobbies: I enjoy reading crime novels and I’m a cinephile with a love for both classic and contemporary film. Outside of that, I spend most of my free time with my friends & family.
