Rebecca Addison

Head of Client Transformation

About Rebecca

Rebecca has spent her career at the intersection of HR, payroll, and large-scale people-technology transformation.

She leads Silver Cloud's Client Transformation practice and brings the kind of broad, hard-won experience that makes complex implementations feel a lot more manageable for the clients going through them.

Her background covers consulting, programme leadership, and hands-on people-technology ownership across both public and private sectors. That mix means she understands transformation from every angle — not just how to design it, but how to deliver it, govern it, and make sure the change holds long after go-live.

What sets Rebecca apart is the balance she strikes between strategic thinking and getting things done. She's pragmatic, results-driven, and genuinely invested in shaping Silver Cloud's transformation capability for the long term — while staying closely involved in the client programmes.

More About Rebecca

Outside of work, Rebecca is based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. She boxes, hits the gym regularly, and was once a keen runner. When she's not exercising, she's reading (her last book was The Forty Rules of Love by Elif Shafak), watching Money Heist with her teenage son, or planning the next trip — Marrakech being the most recent.

The thing most people wouldn't guess about her? She has five older brothers — which, if you've ever seen her run a project under pressure, probably explains a lot.

No system will ever meet all requirements some prepared to accept some limitations / compromises. Work out what REALLY matters and be prepared to adapt
