Sarah has worked in HR for over 15 years, running the HR Department for an International Professional Services company for 5 years before moving into project roles focused on system implementation, pre and post acquisition management and employee engagement.
Sarah describes herself as a HR geek - with a personality. Sarah loves understanding the needs of the business and implementing the right system and supporting processes to ensure each company works to its potential.
Sarah has HR and System Implementation experience from a variety of industries including Professional and Financial Services, Legal, Accountancy, Haulage and Construction, NHS, Charity, Retail, Food and Banking.

Outside of Silver Cloud, Sarah lives with her husband and two young children in Essex. She is a keen cook and regularly attempts new recipes. Sarah also enjoys walking and keeping fit (when she is not eating) and loves travelling and spending time with her family.
