About Will

Will leads commercial activity across Silver Cloud's HiBob Practice - accountable for new business, strategic accounts, and partner relationships, and working closely with the Head of Practice to drive sustainable growth and long-term client value.

It's a role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and one that suits Will's background well.

With over a decade of sales experience, Will started out in the insurance sector with large corporates including AXA Group before moving into the HRIS space — bringing with him a commercial instinct sharpened across finance, hospitality, retail, and technology. He understands what it takes to build trust with clients, win the right business, and make sure the relationship delivers long after the contract is signed.

Will lives in East Sussex with his wife, two young children and their pug, Betty.

When he's not working or chasing after his children, Will enjoys film, sport and socialising with friends & family.

Will tries to stay active (with varying levels of success). He has recently run a half marathon and makes the most of living on the coast and enjoys paddleboarding.
