End-to-end enterprise deliveries are his bread and butter, and with a BCS Level 4 qualification covering Information Systems, Software Development, and Computer and Network Technology, he has the technical foundations to back up every stage of the journey.
Where Zash really stands out is his expertise in North American payroll and tax rules — a specialist area that makes him an invaluable lead on projects with that complexity in scope. He works confidently across WFM, Core, Payroll, GL, and Data workstreams, with a particular knack for spotting process inefficiencies and designing solutions that actually fit the client, not just the textbook.
