With over 10 years of proven experience in service implementation and client delivery at Dayforce formerly Ceridian, I am a motivated Service Implementation Consultant specializing in managing complex deployments from planning through to successful execution.
My responsibilities at Silver Cloud would be:
- Managing end to end implementations, from kickoff through go live to transitioning to Support
- Working closely with clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams ( WFM , Core , Payroll , GL , Data)
- Identifying opportunities to streamline delivery processes
- Sharing knowledge from my past implementation experience
