Starting out in customer service, Zubair worked his way up — role by role, skill by skill — to become a Principal Implementation Consultant and one of Silver Cloud's go-to specialists in Workforce Management.
His focus at Silver Cloud is simple: make sure every client walks away with a successful implementation and a great experience. As someone who knows what it's like to be on the other side of a complex process, he brings a genuine client-first mindset to everything he does.
