About Zubair

Starting out in customer service, Zubair worked his way up — role by role, skill by skill — to become a Principal Implementation Consultant and one of Silver Cloud's go-to specialists in Workforce Management.

His focus at Silver Cloud is simple: make sure every client walks away with a successful implementation and a great experience. As someone who knows what it's like to be on the other side of a complex process, he brings a genuine client-first mindset to everything he does.

He's also the first to say that a Dayforce implementation is a journey — and that the best outcomes come when both the client and the Silver Cloud team are fully in it together.

 When he's not deep in a WFM workstream, Zubair is based in Port Louis, Mauritius. He's a football fan (mostly consumed via sports magazines, it turns out), unwinds with a swim in the sea, and has Breaking Bad firmly in the box set hall of fame. His next big goal? A trip to Europe.
