Secondly, are you clear on your business case? Are you confident that your business is ready to install a new software system? Do you know what you want your HRIS to achieve? You need to have full confidence in what you want your system to do before you can make your final selection decision.
Thirdly, do you have a solid project plan? To ensure success, you need to be clear about what you are looking for, what your budget is, and what your realistic timescales are for implementation. You may also need to consider any change management strategies.
