About this role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager based in Mauritius to lead Dayforce HCM implementation projects across our client base. As a key member of the Delivery team, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal resources and partners to drive successful implementations, while contributing to best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Dayforce HCM implementation projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards are consistently met across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and transparent communication, managing expectations, and ensuring continuous stakeholder alignment.
- Chair and facilitate steering committee meetings, enabling executive-level decision-making and providing strategic insight on progress, risks, and escalations.
- Influence and engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders, aligning project outcomes to broader business objectives and securing cross-functional buy-in and sponsorship.
- Oversee the successful delivery of Dayforce modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, WFM, and Talent by coordinating both functional and technical delivery teams.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, maintaining a robust RAID log and driving timely resolution strategies to avoid delivery slippage.
- Collaborate across internal and external delivery teams, third-party vendors, and client-side stakeholders to ensure configuration, integration, testing, and adoption of Dayforce solutions.

- Experience in project management, with proven success in delivering projects.
- Strong understanding of Dayforce (or similar HCM platforms) – Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Talent, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working with remote teams across different geographies and time zones.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Clickup.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is an advantage.
- A highly organized individual with a customer-centric mindset.
- A confident communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels.
- Someone who thrives on problem-solving, accountability, and delivering results.
- The willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to support clients in different time zones.

- Delivery Team Runs Like Clockwork: Functional, technical, and third-party contributors know their priorities, dependencies, and deadlines -resulting in zero critical path blockers.
- Issues Die Early: RAID items are surfaced quickly, updated weekly, and closed out before they threaten timeline or quality.
