Transformation Lead and Sponsor
Dayforce | UK
An exciting opportunity to join our Dayforce Practice and be a part of the next phase of Silver Cloud's growth. This role is perfect for someone with proven experience, Dayforce knowledge and a client-first attitude.
About this role
Silver Cloud HR is seeking an experienced HR transformation professional to step into a new leadership role at the heart of our Dayforce delivery team. As Dayforce Transformation Lead & Sponsor, you will work across our client portfolio to shape future-ready HR operating models and ensure Dayforce implementations align with business ambition, user experience, and operational best practice. This role goes beyond implementation, it's about helping clients fully optimise Dayforce for long-term value, scalability, and operational excellence.
This role combines hands-on project delivery with strategic leadership during the design and discovery phases of our Dayforce implementations. Leveraging your deep HR expertise, you’ll partner with our clients to define best-fit solutions, guiding them through “what’s possible” and “what’s pragmatic” when designing their future HR processes.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Solution Architect, Project Manager, and Client Success Lead, acting as a bridge between HR strategy, project delivery, and long-term client value. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has a passion for unlocking the value of HRIS.

- Educate client stakeholders on the implementation journey, especially those unfamiliar with HRIS transformation, guiding them through decision-making and design rationale.
- Support change readiness by helping clients understand the operational and cultural impact of HR technology.
- Identify and promote upsell opportunities for additional client-side services, including change management, data services, and post-go-live support.
