A client in the public sector had HRIS technology that had not kept pace with modern, emerging solutions in this space and as such, processes had slowly transitioned to being managed by a series of disparate spreadsheets and systems and the team were struggling to identify a single source of truth for their data.
Having reached the conclusion internally to seek an new, alternative solution, Silver Cloud HR were engaged to support the selection process.
Over the course of several days, a Silver Cloud HR consultant held a series of meetings with the HR and payroll teams to understand their current system perceptions and to identify their requirements for improvements as well as understand the current use of technology - identifying constraints and challenges.
Following the meetings, Silver Cloud developed a suite of requirements and in collaboration with the client's procurement team, issued a tender for a new HRIS and payroll solution.
After the tender process, MHR iTrent was selected as the winning vendor.
