Within the UK, this global fashion retailer was using ADP.Net as their HRIS and ADP Freedom for Payroll. Beyond the UK, the HR teams were using a series of disparate solutions and spreadsheets. Overall, the organisation had outgrown these solutions, both in terms of process maturity and headcount growth.
Process optimisation with the capability for global reporting and analytics were two factors in selecting CoreHR as their new solution. Silver Cloud HR were brought onboard to project manage and provide consultancy support for the implementation.
Collaborating with the CoreHR project team, the Silver Cloud project manager and consultant provided hands-on support through all phases of implementation, including the discovery phase, data cleansing, extraction, transformation & load and testing phases.
In addition, the Silver Cloud team designed and delivered an end-user training programme to frontline store managers, via a blended approach of onsite workshops and e-learning.
The project launched successfully and won both "large project of the year" and "best engagement project" at successive, annual vendor customer conferences.
