A UK-wide independent decorator's merchant came to Silver Cloud to help them with their HRIS selection process.
The client was using use a payroll-led system to manage all employee data which had been been in place for some time. While the payroll was running smoothly, it did not offer any of the functionality that was available within other HR systems today, especially a self-service solution which the client required for their employees. Silver Cloud were approached to assist them with identifying a new solution to manage both people data and payroll.
Silver Cloud worked with the client to understand their challenges and to gather requirements for a tender process. Seven vendors responded to the RFP which after evaluation were shortlisted down to three for demo. After the demos, the client selected MHR iTrent as their preferred solution.
A new system had been on the cards for a long time and Silver Cloud assisted to get the ball rolling by identifying a solution fit for the client. Through implementing a new system, the client was able to reduce duplication, make processes more efficient and increase employee engagement.
