Say goodbye to selecting solo: new selection packages for fast-moving people teams

Laying out a whole organisation's needs from C-Suite to entry-level assistants, researching vendors, fending off calls from more vendors, sending out RFPs, shortlisting, going through demos and, finally, finally, selecting a new HR system. All that on top of your day job leading the people strategy of your organisation? Sounds like a recipe for caffeine overload and even more working weekends - the opposite of your goal for this new system. Better get some help with that.

Three clear packages just for you

At Silver Cloud, we have three new selection packages designed to make the process quicker and easier. Each package was created with specific challenges in mind so we can address them more effectively. They all follow our three-step approach of Scope > Search > Select. Using this process makes sure that all of your needs are accounted for and you’re supported through the entirety of the selection journey.

Select

The Select package is our most streamlined and is perfect for organisations with 500 or fewer employees who are all office-based or salaried. This fixed price, budget conscious package was created for businesses with straightforward needs to help them speed through the selection process with confidence.

Scale

For organisations just outside the scope of Select, we have our Scale package. It’s great for  growing organisations, businesses with over 500 employees or more complex workforce management needs. Designed for clients who are scaling - whether by geography, workforce type, or integration need.

Strategic

Our Strategic service is for organisations with complex needs that go beyond the more straightforward nature of Select and Scale. This is for global entities, heavy regulatory environments, multi-entity structures, or organisations with a huge workforce scale.

This tier includes deep discovery, compliance overlays, deployment roadmaps and industry-specific demo support. It’s where governance, control, and long-term value converge.

Because of the complex and variable nature of these projects, this is our only selection package that doesn’t include a fixed price. But we have updated our pricing model to give you the greatest possible transparency, so you never have to wonder what level of support you’ll receive.

AI-backed, human wrapped

With sixteen years of consulting behind Silver Cloud (and a lot more behind all of our individual consultants), we have access to a lot of data about the HR tech industry. We use that data by combining human intelligence with artificial intelligence to help you get the best of both worlds. AI lets us work faster and dig deeper while our consultants use their experience and human nuance to rigorously vet vendor options and make sure they truly align to your business.

New pricing for easier sign off

Our new pricing models with two fixed-price packages and greater clarity for our third package, means you'll have an easier time getting sign off for your Selection project. No more wondering if fees are hiding around the corner, no more negotiating every line item - just simple, transparent prices.

With prices starting from £5,500, we’ll help you determine the most appropriate option for your needs.

Selecting a new HR or payroll system doesn’t have to come at the cost of your time and your sanity. Instead, you can have expert help, decades of experience and trained AI backing you up every step of the way. With these new, simplified packages, you’ll always know exactly what to expect and how much it will cost.
