Productivity platform Asana has added a new heavyweight to its Board of Directors: Marc Boroditsky, a seasoned revenue leader. Boroditsky brings extensive go-to-market experience from high-growth software companies, bolstering Asana’s leadership bench as it continues to scale its enterprise offerings globally.
Leadership Updates at UKG: A Month of Big Moves
It’s been a busy month for UKG with two major leadership announcements:
- Jay Dettling has been named UKG’s first-ever Chief Partner Officer. Dettling will lead the global partner ecosystem strategy, aiming to expand UKG's footprint through collaboration and innovation.
- Meanwhile, Prakash Kota joins as Chief Information Officer, bringing with him a wealth of experience from Autodesk. Kota will focus on enhancing UKG’s internal technologies and IT capabilities as the company scales further.

Intuit to Acquire GoCo HR Platform
In another major acquisition this month, Intuit revealed plans to acquire GoCo, an all-in-one HR platform designed for SMBs. The move will see Intuit enhance its offerings to small and medium businesses by integrating HR, payroll, and benefits solutions into its growing fintech ecosystem.
