We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist (Contract) to deliver a series of high-priority projects that will strengthen our go-to-market operations, improve data accuracy, and equip our teams with the dashboards, workflows, and insights they need to scale effectively.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, focused on building and implementing the infrastructure, processes, and reporting that will enable our Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to make data-driven decisions and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key projects and deliverables
Below are the key priorities for this role, with flexibility to support with any related additional activity where required:
KPI & Performance Dashboards
- Design and implement dashboards in HubSpot (and other relevant tools) to track performance across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.
- Build reporting frameworks for campaign performance, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and client retention.
Revenue Operations Dashboards
- Develop RevOps dashboards for Heads of Practice, providing visibility into revenue drivers, pipeline trends, and forecast accuracy.
- Standardise reporting structures for cross-team alignment.
Data Management & Governance
- Audit, clean, and structure CRM data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability.
- Implement processes to maintain data integrity going forward (deduplication, validation, and enrichment).
Lead Scoring Design & Implementation
- Define lead scoring criteria in collaboration with Sales & Marketing stakeholders.
- Configure and test lead scoring in HubSpot, ensuring accurate lead prioritisation.
Workflows & Automation
- Set up automated workflows, triggers, and notifications to streamline lead management, pipeline progression, and client engagement.
- Ensure workflows align with GTM strategy and support revenue growth.
GTM Process Documentation
- Document key go-to-market processes, including lead management, campaign execution, pipeline management, and reporting practices.
- Produce clear playbooks and guides for team adoption.
Skills and experience
- HubSpot Expert: Minimum 3 years’ experience configuring and optimising HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs.
- Dashboard & Reporting: Proven experience in designing KPI dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.
- Data Management: Strong background in CRM data hygiene, governance, and enrichment.
- Process & Workflow Design: Experience creating and automating workflows to improve efficiency and alignment.
- Revenue Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with RevOps principles and their application in B2B services.
- Strong Analytical & Communication Skills: Able to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Delivery: Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time in a fast-paced environment.=
