Upgrades and Support

Typically upgrades are carried our twice a year with up to six service packs that further improve functionality and user experience. Hotfixes (micro-releases containing fixes for product defects) are released as required and typically scheduled once a month, with exceptions around timing of service packs or major releases.

Support can be provided via telephone, email, via a portal and in person, with a dedicated 24x7x365 follow-the-sun systems monitoring team embedded within the support organisation.
